I believe counseling is an artform that can help individuals learn, overcome, and grow from any experiences that may be impacting them in day to day life. I seek to assist individuals with this journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth by providing them a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. In doing so, I provide an individualized approach to counseling based in cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered, and artistic strengths-based orientations to help individuals identify and accomplish their personal goals of cognitive well being.
I have years of experience providing counseling and mental health treatment to adults, seniors, and individuals in the criminal justice systems. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorder, schizophrenia, and substance abuse.
